Can I use my existing Trident Lounge casino account at Trident Poker?
Yes you can. After you have downloaded and installed Trident Poker just connect and login with
your casino ID number and password. You will be asked to select an alias.
The Trident Lounge casino and Trident Poker have separate banking systems.
Even though you may use the same account number and password to connect to the casino and the
Poker room, balances are separated. Any balance you leave in your casino account will be
available when ever you log back into the casino to play, but is not available for play at
Trident Poker tables. Similarly any balance you leave in your Trident Poker account will be
available the next time you log back into Trident Poker to play, but is not available for play
at Trident Lounge casino.

If the player is not logged in, you will be told.
If your desired table is full, you can join a waiting list. You can do this from the
main games page or from the table. You will be notified when a place is available.
You can also be placed on a waiting list if you wish to play a certain game and no players

you want to play against and when that number is reached, you will be notified.
Simply highlight the table that you want to play at by single clicking on the table
in the list or by using the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard. Once your table is
highlighted, double click the highlighted area or click the "Start" button below the table
menu. The table will open.
You may open an empty table and wait for other players to arrive if you desire.
Each played hand is assigned a unique number, which can be used to access a report of the
hand's activity. If you have questions regarding a certain hand, right click on the table
and select the "Previous Game Hand History" option. In that page, enter in the game number
and click on "Look up." You may view the history for any hand in which you played.
If you do not know the number of the hand you wish to view, work back from the

What do the terms Avg. Pot and Plrs/Flop mean in the table?
Avg. Pot is the term for the average, 30-hand rolling pot. Plrs/Flop is a percentage that
represents the average number of players in a hand for the Flop.
In the bottom corner of the table window, you will see a chat window. When you wish to
communicate with the other players, type your message in the chat window. When you are
satisfied with your text, click the "enter" key and your text will go live. You may chat
with players at any table - even if you aren't playing there at the time.

If you haven't already read through our section on game security, please take a few moments
to do so. We have stringent policies in place to ensure that the integrity of our games is
never compromised. Also, please remember that poker is a game and with all games, you win
and you lose. We encourage you to keep this in mind each time you play at our site.
If, at any time, you have questions or concerns regarding Trident Poker games,
please contact a member of our support team.
What happens if I am disconnected while I'm playing?
If you are disconnected, your hand will be protected by an All-In, unless you fold. Please see
the list below for the ways that your hand can fold.
Administrators set a limit for the number of All-Ins in a 24-hour period to prevent
the feature from being abused. The All-In Counter is reset each day at midnight.
Your hand will be folded if the following occurs:
You leave the room in the middle of the hand.
You leave the game by closing it - i.e. by clicking the "x" in the upper right hand corner of your screen
You click the fold button, either on purpose or by accident
You "Time Out" - i.e. you do not respond to your turn within 20 seconds
On occasion, a hand that appears to have started (as indicated by the shuffle of
the cards and the call to post blinds) will stop and restart. This will always be
announced in the poker room and it will never affect your poker account. Any blinds
or bets that were posted or made in the incomplete hand will not be taken from the players' accounts.
The rake is the amount of money that Trident Poker takes for moderating the games. This
applies to games without an ante. The rake equals 5 percent of the pot and is never more
than $3.00. For more information about the rake, please click here.
I want to see the game before I make a deposit. How can I do this?
First you will need to install our software and open your real money account. You will
not be asked to register any credit card information at this point. Then, log in and
choose a game to watch. When you're ready, you can make a deposit and start to play.
We take collusion very seriously at Trident Poker and
have employed sophisticated software to detect suspicious player
activity. Players who
are found to engage in collusion will be immediately and permanently suspended from Trident Poker and the Prima Poker Network.
Please click here for more information on our security measures.
I'm often disconnected from the game and/or my screen freezes. Why does this happen?
Disconnections usually occur as a result of a poor or inconsistent connection to the Internet.
The Internet often reroutes information in times of heavy traffic causing delays.
In an interactive game, such as poker, the system may interpret a delay as signifying
that a player has quit the game. In this instance, you will be disconnected and you may
receive an error message from your computer. You will not always receive such a
message - sometimes it will simply appear that the game has stopped.
